Management comprises the Company Secretary, the Company Accountant and a Logistics Officer. Ivan Mutyaba of DeMott Law is the Company Secretary while Jonathan Ssemakula of ALLIED is the Company Accountant. Christopher Mpairwe, Logistics Officer, is responsible for office administrative functions. The Company Secretary’s and Company Accountant’s services are part-time while the Logistics Officer’s services are full time.
In a broader and practical sense, an expanded management comprises personnel on the board sub-committees made up directors and associates and the above three personnel.
