There are four directors or owners. They are Eng. Dr. Augustine O. Mugisa, Eng. Alex One, Eng. John Simon Otem and Eng. Robert Kagaba Kakiiza. The Board of Directors provides policy oversight and direction of the company while management implements the policies. One director acts as MD while each of the other three directors heads a Board Sub-Committee supported by qualified, experienced associates.

Associates are not employees of Ashok. They are independent individuals who can be available to Ashok on a need basis. Ashok’s goal is to be able to mobilize a team of at least 10 associates for an assignment at short notice at any one time.
