The general strategy of the company is to grow organically.The core unit of the 4 directors will be reinforced by a team of experts who will take the role of partners. The delivery of quality services to customers and appropriate motivation of the partners will lead to growth of the company. Ashok will associate or partner with likeminded consulting firms which have acquired extensive experience until Ashok has gained enough experience to thrive on its own.
